Refund policy

LucZoRama offers a return policy that allows customers to return products within 14 days of the shipment date. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact LucZoRama: Send an email to info@luczorama.com, including a photo of the package and the invoice.

2. Return the Product: Ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition, unused, and fit for sale. Include the delivery note provided with the shipment.

3. Timeframe: After initiating the return, the goods must be returned within 10 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled; however, you can proceed with a return upon receipt. Returns of products that appear used or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.
